Astro and Rodger were on floor 18. Astro was distracting one of the twisted while Rodger went to extract the machines. While distracting, a twisted unbeknownst came up right behind him and bit him on the left side of his torso.

They headed back to the elevator. Soon, the elevator doors opened, revealing the hallway leading to the lobby. Rodger helps him stand, slings Astro's arm over his shoulder, and begins walking with him to the infirmary... Once they get to the infirmary, Rodger slowly helps Astro lay down on his right side (him facing the door) on one of the empty medical tables.

Rodger leaves the room to find the first aid kit and sewing kit. In the meantime, it is completely quiet in the infirmary.. (with Astro not realizing someone’s watching him).
