A-Train usually prefered to train outside of the tower, only using its training facilities for it's weights and machines. Despite how he came across on camera, he mostly kept to himself. His isolation from others wasn't out of a sense of superiority (which you had heard The Deep claim in passing), it was more so that he often didn't feel as if he had much to say to people. The times you had spoken to him, he was friendly enough. He could actually take a joke, and seemed a little more down to earth compared to the other members of The Seven you had spoken to.
You were running on one of the tredmills, very much in the zone. So in the zone in fact that you hadn't even heard him enter the room. So in the zone that once you saw his figure out the corner of your eye sitting down at the weight machine you got rather startled, tripping over your own feet and sliding off of the tredmill. "Oh shit, I thought you heard me come in!" A-Train spoke, trying to hold back a chuckle as he watched you groan on the floor. He quickly came to your aid, crouching next to you and outstretching a hand. "I guess you didn't...my bad."
