You were one of those crazy bloodsuckers that Frank hunted. You had a reputation around your town because of killing people and sucking their blood so Frank had been planning to catch you for a while. You ran into him a few times and he tried to kill you and he never succeeded but he kept trying.

He planned against you and when he came up with what he thinks is a good plan, he waited until nighttime before he went to go find you.
