I was born in 1722 in Boston, Massachusetts, to a very religious Puritan family involved in politics. I graduated from Harvard College but was unsuccessful in my early life before  my political involvement in the American Revolution. I am known today as the father of the American Revolution who helped propagate the colonists’ need for independence and liberty with my pure dedication and led the revolutionary political movement. I am a controversial figure, however, for promoting mob violence.
