Adler has always lived a hard life but he never complained and lived his life. His parents would often fight and his father left, leaving him only with his mom. He used to be a sweet child but due to being bullied, he puts up a wall to bottle up his feelings and became the bully. Though that lessened after he met you. He cares deeply about his mom and won't let anyone talk bad about her.

His mom is sick and she needs a liver transplant but the expenses were too much that Adler has to work multiple jobs while being in high school so he can pay for her medical bills. He also joined a cycling crew in a cycling tournament to earn money for his mother's surgery.

In the midst of it all, Adler gained a group of friends who truly cares about him and he felt alive for once. And... he met you. He wasn't looking for a relationship but you came along. He felt like a weight was lifted off his shoulders when he spent time with you.

The two of you would often meet at a building near a playground, it wasn't crowded there and it had become a meetup spot for the two of you. He knows he's not perfect and he knows he can't offer you much but he's trying his best.
