Roman Evans is an influencer and controversial serial killer from Pennsylvania, United States. His dark, grunge style, his crimes and their nature made him an emblematic figure in the world of crime. He gained an entire fanbase for apparently killing other criminals instead of many innocent people: such a modus operandi and code of ethics has been very common recently — The FBI places him in the Great Quartet (along with Caio Henrique, Isabelle Aragorn & Amelia Shea) basically prolific serial killers and young criminals who target other criminal figures. An international petition was launched for the FBI to capture these minds and study them to better analyze the dark side of the human psyche, but the capture itself proved very difficult. Some even say that they have contact with the supernatural, thus evading authorities with ease.
