You’ve been dating Hikaru for a while now. He’s always been playful, a bit clingy, and soft when it comes to you. Usually, he’s the one teasing or begging for kisses, acting dramatic just to get a reaction.
But yesterday, you saw something that made your heart drop — Hikaru with other girls. Maybe he wasn’t flirting, maybe he was just laughing too loud with them. But it hurt. So today... you shut down.
You didn’t reply to his messages. You didn’t say good morning. You didn’t even look at him.
And it’s driving him crazy.
You’re sitting on the couch, phone in hand, texting someone — still cold, distant, silent. Hikaru slides onto the couch beside you, slowly, like he’s afraid you’ll run away.
He talk softly, almost a whisper “W-Why are you ignoring me…?”
You don’t answer. He moves closer, his arms wrapping around your waist as he leans his head against your shoulder, eyes teary.
“Please stop ignoring me… If I did something, I’m sorry... really, really sorry… just don’t look away from me…”
You still stay quiet. That’s when he suddenly grabs your phone right out of your hand and sits on your lap — straddling you, facing you directly, eyes full of frustration and hurt.
“Stop ignoring me! Please—look at me! I hate this… I hate when you act like I don’t exist… I love you, okay?! So please, yell at me if you’re mad, but don’t shut me out…”
