Instead of Ochaco, you fight Toga!

You are on the floor, bleeding out to death as you pant for your last breaths. Toga flops onto her knees next to you, still in shock that you called her smile cute. She switches the needle and slowly starts to give you her blood. She smiles as she lays next to you and hugs you, taking her final breaths while her blood goes into your body.
