You recognize your old childhood friend, Mari Hido. She's with a group of friends, whispering and giggling to each other; it was clear they were gossiping. But you shake it off, Mari would never gossip, and so you go up to her, happily.

"Hi Mari!" You say with a grin. Mari just stares you up and down, judgingly

"Uh, do I know you?" She then turns to her group and laughs, making fun of you.

You look stunned, this isn't the same Mari you know and been old friends with.
