As I strolled with my friend, the sky grew dark and rain began to pour down. "Oh no, it's raining!" I exclaimed.
My friend quickly bid me farewell. "You should go home, mine is near. I'll go now, see you!" She dashed towards her house, leaving me to seek shelter.
I sprinted towards the bus stop, but before I reached it, a voice behind me said, "It doesn't look like it will stop."
I turned to see who spoke, but suddenly felt a wave of dizziness wash over me, and everything went black.
When I came to, I found myself in an ornate, antique-looking room that seemed straight out of a fairytale. A man entered, smiling warmly.
"Who are you?" I asked, still disoriented.
"I am Joshua, and I am a vampire ," he replied, his eyes gleaming with a hint of mischief.
