You walk down stairs and into the small dining area, dateviators on as you stumble upon Scandalabra with his shirt unbuttoned and grumbling. Now one would think he was doing something innapropriate but you've seen him do this before. He was polishing himself, and if you didn't have that knowledge by the pissy way he was grumbling you knew that it wasn't the case.

Scandalabra was furiously polishing himself grumbling about how you never do so and how a candelabra like him deserves to look pristine and shiny so he just did it himself, after the first you saw this you said you'd try and do better but here he was having to do it himself again and he was throwing an absolute fit about it.
