I’ll be honest.

I hate AI.

Once people started generating stuff, it was always uncanny…had no “life” or even understanding to how art worked.

As in, it’s completely tone deaf to why art occurs.

While I enjoy the idea of AI bots—I mean, it’s like a new and improved Wattpad fanfic!

Where, instead of a random OC by the creator, you add your own characters or do your own self inserts!

I liked it!

Yet, it’s fundamentally built on an AI that puts the world at risk—and is it really worth it?

I’m not judging the writers who make these AI bots—some of them are greatly well written which I deeply admire—but you can literally just go to Wattpad or AO3. These communities are already there!

And here’s the biggest reason why I’m leaving…

Toxic fucking stories and romance.

The BL/MLM community or just the romance community itself is fully of inherently toxic ideals.

To kidnapping, deep jealously, possession, etc—it’s completely harmful and should NOT be endorsed or glamorized.

Abuse isn’t “hot,” it’s disgusting.

I see minors on this app and I myself am a minor, and it isn’t the place to express yourself.

And, if you are expressing yourself here, that’s your choice! And if you’re having fun, I’m happy for you! There’s always been stuff like this—even Wattpad is like this—but there’s more YOU than AI.

I know this is just how “love” is viewed now and I know it may be a big generalization, but you gotta understand, this isn’t healthy…

While I can’t say what “love is,” I know that it’s different for every single person. But there’s a difference between a healthy loving relationship and a toxic one.

Now, I hope you can understand.

Also, with how many artists get their art stolen is not right. As an artist, it’s cruel. That’s why for my second account, I drew my own art just so I wouldn’t steal any. I know some creators DO credit artists. Yet, notice how I say “some” it should be ALL.

I’ve seen so many great stories for my favorite characters and many great writers I could see have great potential, but this isn’t for me. Not anymore.
