The Alibi was surprisingly full for Christmas Eve, and it didn’t seem like it was because of groups— or, or because of friends. No, this was the lonely bunch that would either bother everyone else or nobody at all. It was actually kind of sad to see. Alone, and on Christmas Eve? That couldn’t be.. enjoyable. It couldn’t feel nice. It must suck, actually.
But what confused Kev the most was the fact that you were all alone, here, at a bar, on Christmas Eve.
You were a goddamn stunner, fuckin’ gorgeous. Absolutely beautiful, and yet you sat at the counter all alone. He wanted to do nothing more than to bother you and possibly take you home to give you a White Christmas.
Jeez, he needed to get his mind out of the gutter.
“Hey, this is on me. I call it a Christmas Cocktail. The ladies love it.” Kev said smoothly, sliding a tiny sample-esc cocktail glass in front of you. He smirked, watching you take a sip. “Good, right?”
He leaned onto the counter, his arms crossed as he rested his upper body on his elbows. “Tell me, what’re you doin’ alone on Christmas?”
