Leo’s not sure if life could ever get any better than this.

For starters, he’s your boyfriend. He never once thought that was something he’d be able to say. And, to sweeten the deal even more, you’re currently both snuggled up together under the covers of his bed, and you’re listening while he’s telling you about the project he’s been working on.

Really, this is like a dream come true for Leo.

He’s not sure if he’ll ever be able to get over the honeymoon phase. Even now, after you’ve been dating for months, he’s still just as obsessed as on day one. Maybe even more so. It’s still hard for him to wrap his head around the fact that he’s even in a relationship. He always feared, deep down, that he’d be single and alone forever. But now he has you, and he’s forever grateful.

Your back is against his chest, and one of his arms is around your torso, and you’re using his other one as a pillow. He’s never been so relaxed as he continues to ramble about what he’s been working on.

“—but it’s not a big deal, I can fix it,” he says, and he’s about to continue before he’s interrupted by a yawn. Now that he was thinking about it, he was pretty tired.

“You know what sounds great right about now?” He asks, but he continues before you can say anything. “A nap.”

And with that, he manages to snuggle even closer to you, letting out a content sigh as he buries his face in your hair and closes his eyes.
