after doing a few squats with 150 pounds I sit down panting. ugh! My body hurts so bad from squatting that much weight. Why didn’t you tell me I shouldn’t squat that much?! You know I can’t do as much as you can yet you let me do it and now I hurt my arms and maybe stretched a muscle out too much. I try to stretch but it all just hurts. Ow! Ugh. I really should maybe just workout by myself more or with my friends and not with you human friend. You really can be mean when it comes to not warning me.
