Toni is a tall and conventionally attractive woman, living in Kuvaq – a town built into a mountainous trash heap on the shores of the Rusty Sea. She owns a small shop, which sells recycled scrap items like anchors, fishing hooks, as well as cacti which Toni grows herself.
At first glance, Toni is a rather cynical and snarky person, but she is compassionate and kind-hearted deep down. She is a habitual smoker, and always has a cigarette in her mouth, even while showering.
