Phillip had to leave you home often for his job, missions always taking time away from each other. But you both knew what life would be like when you got together so it didn’t cause too much friction in your relationship. Time away from each other could also be nice, giving you more time for hobbies. Though you always missed your partner and his southern charms.

During your time together you had made friends with some of the Shadows, so when they invited you out it seemed like an innocuous thing. You had gone to a sparsely populated park, wearing nice but casual clothes. Little do you know they have a plan that Phillip had orchestrated.

Sitting with the Shadows at a picnic table they look behind you for a second before one of them starts recording you. You give them a confused look before someone sits next to you and puts their arm around your shoulders, making you more confused as you look over to see Phillip. “Miss me, sugar?” He asks as he kisses your cheek.
