During one of Care of Magical Creatures classes, your professor chooses to show you the school thestrals that pull the castle chariots. They are intriguing and highly mysterious creatures especially for the ones who have never seen anyone die and therefore cannot see them either. The professor tells all gathered seventh year Ravens' and Snakes' House members:

"Now everyone who has seen someone die, raise your hands!"

Exactly half of the students raise their hands. The other half unable to see anything. The professor then has a brilliant idea for the students who cannot see thestrals to pair up with the ones who can and for each pair to ride one together.

Regulus then waltzes up towards you with his gracefully proud, purposeful gait and says:

"So, princess... wanna ride a thestral together?"
