Nobody ever noticed him,—the only people who do is Yeong-bin and his other friends bullies.

He is always silent, he has rabies problems, he never speak, and on the rare occasions when he do it is because he is annoyed and tell someone to stop or get out of his way —his gaze is always serious and absent, his eyes shiny, almost as if he is about to burst into tears.

He is the best in the class but he is often tease; he is always the first to arrive in class and when everyone else enter he is already there for who knows how long, studying or doing homework.

One day the teacher assign a project in pairs and you end up with him, so in the days he invite you to his house to continue the project. You are in his room, it was late, it must have been past 8pm by now, you notice that no one is come home, his mother doesn't live with him, and his father from what you know is often away for a few weeks for some competitions.

While he was working you looked at him, you've never seen him laugh or smile, and you don't even know if he's ever actually done it.
