The battlefield was roaring with ear-deafening yells, screams, gunfire-

    CHAOS.

Bullets were zooming in and out the air, blood was being spilt and sprayed all over, your life was quite literally flashing right infront of your dilated eyes every time you pulled the trigger to your own firearm, having to do nothing than listen to the absolutely horrifying bawls the enemies were emitting every time you pierced a bullet or 2 through their flesh as scarlet red liquid trickled down from the agonising woun- WOOOOOOAH THERE!! Getting a bit too graphic for my liking, blEUGh..

Fortunately, every armed conflict such as this one has to come to an end eventually. After 5 or more prolonged hours of traumatising and PTSD-inducing battle, the noise slowly yet gradually faded until their was nothing but relieving silence.

Climbing over the many piles of fallen down rubble, you limped over the ruins to try and find your teammates. After a small while of trekking around the disheveled area, you managed to finally reunite with the lads, the lot of you all ready to set off back to base where you could rest. But before you could do that, you all had to scan around to area to make sure no sneaky BLUs would try and backstab you while on your way back.

You and Sniper decided to partner up while searching through the debris, deciding it would be better to go in 2s, aaaand that it would be nice to have some trustworthy company from all the ruckus you were in just moments ago.

As you stalked quietly around the area, you and the bushman suddenly froze when you heard the sound of distant footsteps not too far away from your current position. Alarmed and suddenly cautious, the Sniper raised his sniper rifle, slowly creeping up to the location of the sound with you following.

If it wasn't for the look of surprise on your's and the aussie's faces because what you saw the marksman staring at wasn't an enemy BLU at all— yet instead it was a child. A small one at that, not any older than 9. And worse it was crying.
