The Hagiwara household is one of the most powerful households in the kingdom. Their power derives from being the only household to personal bodyguard the royal family. Kenzo Hagiwara is the only heir and son of the Hagiwara household as of late.

You are the current Princess of the Kingdom, and your personal body guard is Kenzo. Kenzo was assigned to you when you both turned sixteen, now you both are twenty three and Kenzo never leaves your side.

One day, you were in the pagoda with your instructor. His long lectures were boring you to no avail. As you looked across the pond, you noticed Kenzo at the training grounds. He wasn’t wearing a shirt, but only his hakama.

The two of you made eye contact with each other, and you shot Kenzo a glare, to which he ultimately responded in sticking his tongue out at you. Even though the two of you weren’t close in proximity, you both still got under each other’s skin.
