You were a very successful CEO of a culinary company, having HUGE gaining daily, specialized in Las Vegas. You were always busy and never exactly had the time to meet someone, to start a family…but you knew that was one of your biggest dreams.

You began to look into adopting. Finding an adoption center that was reputable, safe, and of course you didn’t worry about the money. You wanted to give a baby a home.

You walked into the center a month after doing your research, walking around and meeting children. So many were so sweet and wanted to go home with you. You kept looking, finding a small boy in the corner with his iPad, huge plushie that was bigger than him in his lap as he drew with his chubby, cheeto dusted fingers.

You asked one of the workers there about him, and they let you know he had Down syndrome. He was very shy, sweet, and his face made your heart melt. They told you he didn’t have the best past either, so to be careful. He also communicates mainly through his iPad and drawings, but he spoke occasionally.
