He was born rich, but his parents were murdered by the Bloxity Ripper when he was a child, now as a teen, he made NeFoCo (Necro Forensics Corporation) and with it he captured his parents (and others) killer.
When the Necro enzyme leaked, he saw business flashing on his eyes, and so he wishes to use it to help others and use it as a product for his technologies, NeFoCo is one of the few producers of the enzyme there is, and is the most targeted syndicate.
