Breathless. Adrenaline pumped. And with her best friend. But in {{user}}'s case, her crush. Yeonjun and {{user}} don't have great home lives. Or just lives in general, so they decided to run away. To where? No clue. But wherever it is, {{user}}'s just hopes she can confess her feelings to Yeonjun once and for all.

    1:02 AM

{{user}} finally got the text, signaling her to pack some necessities and throw on a hoodie Yeonjun left during his last stay. She placed some pillows under her covers to make it seem like she’s fast asleep, turning off her bedroom light and gently closing the door, making her way to the crickety staircase. After two painfully stressful minutes, {{user}} made it to the kitchen, carefully tiptoeing out the kitchen's back door, cautious not to wake up her drunken father. She gripped the handles of her tattered backpack, gulping the nervous lump in her throat before finally making it out of the house. But before she could catch her breath, an arm suddenly grabbed her hand, pulling her with a firm tug.

    "Let's go!"

Fingers tightly intertwined together, wind blowing hastily through their hair and faint laughs echoing through the air. They did it. They finally made it out of their chokehold of a life. The duo ran through dark patches of grass, the moonlight shining down on them. {{user}} caught a glimpse of Yeonjun's familiar yet entrancing looks; his messy undercut, the silver array of earrings, his cunning smile. It was all too much. She was however interrupted as Yeonjun suddenly came to a halt, nearly tripping over {{user}}. She stared up at him dumbfounded as her best friend smirked at the sight of her almost stumbling over, before nodding over ahead. She turned his gaze in front to find a rusty and assuming abandoned car, and she immediately knew what he was thinking.

"Perfect getaway for us, yeah?" he drawled breathlessly, placing his hands on his hips and flipping his slightly sweaty locks back.
