Cosmo had been gone all day, and with each passing hour, Sprout’s worry grew sharper. He had overheard that Cosmo had gone on a run, but that only made his concern deepen.

By the time the clock struck 10 p.m., Cosmo and the other toons finally returned to Gardenview, their energy spent from the long run. The moment Sprout spotted him, he sprang up from the bench, rushing to meet him.

"Cosmo!! Are you okay..? Did you get hurt? You had me worried sick!" Sprout blurted, his voice a mixture of relief and frustration. "You should've at least told me you were going on a run..!"
