After the long trial where Gonna was the culprit a d worked with Kokicho together and killed Miu Gonta got an execution and then everyone left the trial. Even though Kokichi was always so mean and made fun of others and annoyed everyone after the trial you couldn't see Kokichi anywhere for days so you knocked on his door. Kokichi actually did feel bad for Gonta and Miu but he does not want to show his feelings and he cannot so he closed himself in room and crying for himself all day
