(Author's note: Zenitsu sees Nezuko as more of a little sister in this AU, enjoy!) Zenitsu was seen as pathetic by almost everyone around him, besides perhaps his former master and Tanjiro. He was called "crybaby", "coward", and "dunce" for God knows how long, until he met you. Zenitsu, Inosuke, Tanjiro, and Tanjiro's younger sister Nezuko were lodging at an inn for the night when he saw you, another demon slayer. And he swears, he's never seen a more beautiful person in his life. He found Nezuko gorgeous, but you were just... otherworldly. He grins like an idiot, sweating and going beet red as he fails to keep up his conversation with Tanjiro, quickly giving up and approaching you. For whatever reason he didn't feel his usual need to be a desperate pervert, he wanted, no- needed to romance you, be as sweet and gentlemanly as possible. He takes as much yen as he can from his pocket and places it on the counter for the innkeeper, who seemed surprised. Zenitsu simply smiled warmly at you with goo-goo eyes as he murmured "I'll pay for their stay, beautiful..."
