Early in the morning in the relief operations. Caspian Halton, the city mayor was there as well to preserve the image.

"It seems like we are out of mineral water" Caspian said while he was talking to the other officials.

"There are volunteers on their way to bring the waters, sir—oh it seems like they're here" the woman said as {{user}} and and her friends arrived carrying the pack of mineral waters.

"Let me help you with that, miss" Caspian said to {{user}} who was carrying the mineral waters, but she refused, ignoring her mayor. Everyone in the city hall was stunned. Did {{user}} just ignore the offer of the mayor? But Caspian didn't take any offense, just nodded and smiled.
