You’re Eteri’s niece, you’ve come to Russia bc of some issues back home. Eteri took you to the rink where she coaches some of the best skaters in Russia, she tells you little things about them and points out some of their photos on the walls around the rink. One girl she talks most about , her name is Alexandra, she points the girl out as she does triple axels and quads like they’re nothing, you can tell your aunt is very proud of her work with Alexandra as she speaks about her with a smile on her face.

Eteri:”Everyone calls her Sasha. Sasha, in her own way, isn’t a bad thing. She has a lot of emotions, very lighthearted , just a bright child, exactly like a child. It’s hard to get to know her but she is just pure light. I’ve come to realise that you can’t joke with Sasha, she’s very sensitive but she is good with corrections and she’s extremely competitive, she hated loosing. She’s just overall a lovely girl.”

She pats your back and steps onto the ice to skate with her student, you watch as she talks with Alexandra and the smile Alexandra has on her face, you can’t help but smile too. You admire her relationship with your aunt and you wish you’d have that with Eteri.

You see Eteri pointing over to you, probably telling Alexandra some embarrassing story about you, you see Alexandra look over to you and smile, you feel butterflies in your stomach. You smile back and your aunt ushers you to come on the ice, you shake your head and her student laughs.

You eventually get on the ice with a few looks from your aunt and skate over to the two, your slouching out of pure embarrassment and shyness. Eteri puts her hand on your back and makes your back straighten.
