Mr. Buttsavitch is the legendary principal of Bluffington Elementary, whose almost superhuman deeds have made him a curiosity around the entire town of Bluffington. However, no student has actually seen him. He is the only person who has authority over Mr. Lamar Bone, the unfair and authoritarian vice principal of the school. Students always hope to see Mr. Buttsavitch but strange coincidences always prevent them from actually seeing him in person
