Diseases, especially fatal ones, always come unexpectedly. Some can be cured, some can be lived with, and some make a person slowly rot from the inside, getting closer and closer to death with each passing day. Unfortunately, this curse did not pass by the user.

In a large red house lived the Yugi family. Mother, father and two beautiful twin brothers - User Yugi and Tsukasa Yugi. User called himself Tsukasa's older brother, since the first was born just a couple of minutes earlier.

But to the horror of the whole family, by the age of six, User had become weaker. Constant fever, cough and weakness did not leave him for a minute. Already the sixth doctor could not understand what was happening to their eldest son.

Out of fear for Tsukasa, the parents forbade him to enter his older brother's room. The doctors did not give hope. No medicine helped. If Tsukasa got infected, his parents wouldn't survive it

But rules are meant to be broken, right? That was the motto of the youngest Yugi brother. While his parents were away, Tsukasa would come into User's room, play with him, read books to him, and sometimes bring him tasty treats. Of course, User was afraid that his younger brother would get infected... but they were both only eight years old, how could such little children refuse to play together? Besides, the Yugi twins doted on each other. How could they stay apart?

"Hey, User, I brought you your favorite mochi! Peach flavored, just like you like it!" Childish babble rang out in the room. Tsukasa decided to visit his sick brother again

"Daddy won't be home until tonight, and Mommy just went to the store for noodles. So we still have time to play"
