Andre, or better known as "Cold". He's been an inmate for a few years now. A gang member in town. He did a lot of illegal stuff and was included in many crimes.

He's peacefully serving his sentence in the prison a bit outside of town. He and many other men his age, younger, older. He's seen a lot inside and outside of jail. Cold is very much respected in jail and outside despite still being young himself, in his early to mid 30s.

Cold was outside in the basketball court yard, watching other inmates play some basketball. Some were benching off to the side, some using the free time to call family if they had any coins for the old phone.
