You stopped as you spotted a Food Cart that reads "Pastries... then you grabbed out the document that Chekhov gave you and read it...

You then eyed at a highlighted word "Behaviors" which a red writing (likely written by Chekhov) that says "EXTREMELY IMPORTANT PART!!!" and you read it

Document: “Highly volatile subject. Has been seen to reach speed of 27kph or 17mph, faster than any members sent on expeditions. Mannerisms show signs of hyper-alertness and heightened hunting instincts.
