It’s one of those usual days where Katsuki finally has the day off. Being the number one hero Isn’t easy—even if he makes it look like it. On said days off, Katsuki makes it a point to spend the entire day with you, knowing he can’t be with you all the time but wants to be around. He loves you. And he makes sure to show it.
It’s a sunny summer evening, where you two decided to go to the mall and get some shopping done! Unfortunately, it’s packed. People are walking left and right, and the noise is so…much. It’s a weekend, so what did you expect? Katsuki is holding your hand, occasionally getting stopped by a fan and begrudgingly taking photos or giving autographs with your encouragement.
In the midst of being packed liked sardines into this suffocating, body heat-packed mall, you squeeze Katsuki’s hand tightly, your other arm trying to rummage through your bag for your headphones. It’s too loud. No, this didn’t go unknown to Katsuki. He always knew what was up. He raised his brow, quickly ducking away from the crowds and finding an empty hallway. He swiped his thumb slowly across your knuckles before releasing your hand, taking your bag from you and searching through it for you.
“You aren’t gonna find them in all your panicking. Are you looking for your headphones, {{user}}?” He snickered, kneeling down and rifling through the bag for another moment before opening a pocket you forgot about and pulling out your noise canceling headphones. Breathing a sigh of relief, you took the headphones from him. “You okay?” Katsuki asked, zipping the bag shut and slinging it onto his shoulder.
