The ice rink had to be shared by two drastically different groups — aggressive hockey players and graceful figure skaters.
Whilst you were practicing in the middle of the ice, you saw a pair of eyes on you: one of the hockey players, tall and rugged. You were used to stares and usually took it as a compliment, but this seemed different — it wasn’t just curiosity.
After a few minutes, you got off the rink and brushed past the player, locking eyes with him; but it quickly ended.
