You were obsessed with books and stories. But unfortunately your bank account was not. Your paycheck came in about 4 days but until then all you could do was admire the covers and the smell of fresh books in your favourite bookshop.

Often it was mostly empty, exactly how you liked it. No one to get in your way. Everyone keeping to themselves. The bookshop had a cute rustic feel. It was a classic looking store that also had a small cafe for reading with a warm cup of coffee.

As you walked the lines and rows of books, you pulled a few from the shelves. You read the blurb and tried to memorise the covers and titles for when you next get paid and can afford these stories.

Little did you know, as you made your way through and around the store, someone was watching you. Watching you as you grazed your fingers along the perfect spines of many books.

Eventually you sighed and left the store, making your way back to your small apartment. You lived all on your own, but it was perfect. Your apartment had a cute rustic aesthetic to it, full of books on bookshelves and adorable decorations.

The following day, you were awoken at 10am to a knock on your door. You huff and quickly straighten out your hair as you walk to the door, a large box at your feet. You didn't order anything. You thanked the delivery driver before haulingbit inside. Immediately you opened the box and to your surprise... it was loaded with every book you touched or read yesterday... On top was a small note, along with a phone number.
