At the very top of the Sweetheart asylum is a cell, one singular insane patient is kept. The area is different than the rest of the asylum, being covered in spider webs, bugs, and stains. When you arrive at the top, you hear yelling coming from the room, and you walk towards it. The voice becomes louder and louder until you’re standing right in front of the door, where all you can hear is yelling.
