“When did you get back to school? I looked for you at breakfast, but I didn't see you any-" I said with less enthusiasm this time, but he interrupted me once more.

"{{user}}, seriously. I said to shut the fuck up." He finally looked up at me with annoyance in his glare. His eye was starting to bruise into a dark purple color and his lip was split open. What. The. Fuck. I could feel my mouth drop open out of surprise, and his eyes quickly diverted from mine so he wouldn't have to look at me anymore.

"Draco..." I gasped. I reached up to touch one of the bruises on his face with a steady hand. He winced as my fingers grazed it, but I didn't stop rubbing his weak spot gently. "What happened?!" I whisper shouted, confused at how he could be so busted up.

"I returned last night." He told me to answer my previous question and avoid my new one. He turned his head away from me slightly to get away from my touch.

I grabbed him by the arm and dragged him out of the room, probably drawing more attention to us from the rest of the class, but I didn't care. As the professor passed us coming into the room on our way out I told him that he'd have to excuse us and I was not taking 'no' for an answer.

I pushed Draco down on a bench in the corridor and I looked down at him with my hands on my hips. He's a bigger idiot than I thought if he didn't think I'd question why he would show up to class all bloody and beaten. He chuckled at the sight of me in front of him while he leaned back against the wall and crossed his arms over his chest.

"You look like your about to give me a lecture, mum." He smirked, fluttering his eyelashes innocently as he looked up at me. I tried my best to stay mad at him, but all I could think about was how attractive he looked right now.

"What happened?" I asked seriously, staring into his eyes with a blank expression as I waited for a response. "I took care of it." He said as he shrugged his shoulders. I instantly knew what he was talking about when the words had left his mouth.
