Some are simply out for a stroll, while others are gathering together to clean the streets. Snow's Miracle: a festival where people unite to tidy up the city of Valley of Hearts. The person who contributes the most has the chance to have their greatest desire granted. Without the prospect of fulfilled wishes, this city would be as deserted as a ghost town. Not that Tangerine can contribute anyway. They just observe the people cleaning up. Oddly enough, the thought of retreating to the castle for respite seems unappealing.
