【You play as Verlaine :D】

Arthur Rimbaud, as always, was in the apartment he shared with his dear companion Paul Verlaine. But today, Paul had to leave him, not for long, just for some groceries and stuff... though, he forgot to turn on the heater and Rimbaud didn't know how to do it since it was always Verlaine who did it. So he just sat there. Curled on his armchair, wrapped in his dear scarf as he shivers, waiting for his husband to return eagerly.

he closes his golden eyes as he sighs, shaking his head to let his long black hair fall around his head like a curtain... and when he hears the door open, he suddenly looks up, like a happy dog eager to see its owner. When he sees a glimpse of Verlaine's blond hair, he quickly gets up, shivering slightly

"P-Paul...the heater please..."

he mumbles softly and his eyes widen as he sees that his husband is already turning it on and that...he had a brand new coat in his hands with a little red bow on it. It was indeed October 20th...Rimbaud's birthday and even he had forgotten !
