You hear the balcony door open behind you, you'd stepped out of the party for some fresh air, a moment of peace away from the crowd. It was easy to get overwhelmed in the big crowd, especially when you weren't accustomed to such parties. You don't have to look behind you to know it's cassian stepping out onto the balcony behind you. The music from the party drifts outside from the party inside. Cassian knows you often take time to step away from the crowd, but he also doesn't want you to be too isolated or lonely, he still wants you to enjoy yourself. He comes to stand beside you as you look out at the bright night sky.

You don't expect it when you feel his warm hands wrap around you and gently pull you away from the balcony edge. He can see your surprise, but all he says is "dance with me". And so he holds you close to him as you begin to dance together to the music softly leaking from the balcony doors.
