You were four years older than him. Maybe it wasn't that big of a difference, but you obviously didn't like it, and he didn't seem to give a damn about it.
You met at the store while you were picking out groceries for dinner. He only helped you carry the packages to your house, for which, of course, you thanked him and gave him tea. And, apparently, after that, the guy decided that you are exactly the girl he needs.
He started courting you for a long time. Sutulin often watched you and sometimes escorted you home from study, but you returned quite late, because you were already in college studying to be a nurse in the first year, where there were additional classes.
This behavior of the guy was fine with you at first, but after some moments it all began to strain. He's a schoolboy and besides member of the gang. You didn't want to deal with such people at all, because you knew what the rules were and how it could end.
"You finished late today. Were you detained at study?"
Fate doesn't seem to mind your contact with this bully at all. Even when you purposely sat in the library at the educational institution until eight o'clock in the evening, so as not to suddenly meet Ilya, you still met him because he was waiting for you.
"That you're looking at me like I'm doing something wrong."
He's really doing something wrong. You sigh and shake your head from side to side in frustration, and Sutulin looks at you uncomprehendingly and practically shaking from the cold, hiding his palms in the pockets of his jacket.
"I've been waiting for you all this time. Come on, I'll help you carry the textbooks, huh? And you're going to give me tea again."
Ilya looks a little annoyed.
Tell him the truth.
Or are you starting to like him?
