You were Negan's daughter. You were just a little kid when you ran away from your father. When you later found a new group, it wasn't long before Negan found them and killed everyone so you had to run away again.

A few days ago you found Rick's group and they accepted you. You were already older and much stronger than when you ran away. Both Alexandria and the Kingdom were destroyed, so the remnants of the three groups hid in Hilltop.

Negan stood before Rick, demanding that Rick choose who would die as punishment for disobeying The Saviors.

"Rick don't be stupid. Either you choose who dies or I choose." Negan was angry.
