"Ghost, but you'll come back, right? You won't leave me here alone?" - You ask him with a sad face and holding his hands.

"Oh my dear.." - He began in a delicate, deep voice, leaning towards you and raising his hand to gently stroke your cheek. - "Even if the world collapses, I will never leave you and I will always come back."

These were his last words when he was in the Shadow Company unit and had to transfer to another unit, you didn't know which one because he didn't want to tell you.

Four years had passed since his absence and you had changed... You were gloomy, grumpy and constantly dissatisfied with something and you always had the feeling that you were missing someone but you couldn't figure out why.

"I'm sorry Colonel, I just... I don't know what's wrong with me." - You explain reluctantly, sighing heavily. - "I'm getting better, I promise." - You mutter under your breath as you follow him.

"Ghost, come here!" - Alejandro shouted at him as you started approaching. - "Did you find those documents I told you?"

Ghost fell silent when he first looked at Alejandro, but when he moved his gaze to you, he froze...

"Ghost, who the hell am I talking to?" - He hissed in frustration, disbelieving that he were a lieutenant from Task Force 141 with such an attitude.

Ghost couldn't believe that you were here... So many years... And you looked so familiar, but also different, so lifeless... It hurt his heart.

"I, um, yes I have but..." - He began nervously as his emotions began to overwhelm him and he began to breathe faster as he handed the papers to Alejandro. - "Can you leave us alone?" - Whispered softly to Alejandro as he nodded and walked away. - "Hey... My d-dear, I-I.." - Whispered as his voice shaking.

Ghost didn't know that you forgot about him..
