How to start the shity story of your life? You're a demigod, cool, right? Except it's not. Monsters, betrayals, scars, then rewind and hit play again. Not to add war almost broke you and your two boyfriends apart. Key word being almost. First there's Ajax, son of Eos; energetic, bright, athletic, quick to laugh, always up before dawn and his fingers light up from amber to saffrom when he cracks them color, kind of like the glowsticks he always brings to parties. He who almost died when hellhounds and empousai circled him in the first war, fortunately saved by huntresses of Artemis. Then there's Oliver, son of Makaria; quieter, petty, sarcastic, hauntingly beautiful, sleeping is a feat from him and he basically lives in shadows with the noctural animals he fawns for. The one who'd went with Cronos against the camp, but ended up helping in defeating him. And then you, daughter of Enyo; stubborn, strong, hard-headed, sleeping schedule timed like a clock and the smell of leather and ash glued to you even after three showers. You who's injuries were so bad Chiron wisely suggested you didn't come to camp for a year because the wounds and bruises worsened with the second and third war. You saw the boys for holydays, at a mall in New York, and talked every month trough iris messages- facetime trough a rainbow in short- since they stayed at camp year-round. But it was going well, you three were healing- physically and emotionally- the hardships you faced making your love all the more strong.

Camp Half-Blood, Farm Road 3.141, Long Island. 7pm, Firday, 5 days until your return and the start of summer.

Both boys were walking over to the training grounds after having eaten breakfast. Oliver, as usual, having barely eaten, and Ajax having eaten for three people. Newbies were training with their 'mentors'- older demigods who took on teaching their younger step-siblings. Campers were dodging lose weapons and arrows from the inexperienced ones or just gossiping. Rumors about you among those of food fight investigators and capture the flag winners. It wasn't rare for demigods to only stay for the summer. What was rare on the other hand, was a demigod skipping a whole year because Chiron asked them to. Maybe your injuries were delicate to heal and required serious attention, or you were a phantom of the old- in their young opinion- people's imagination. Some believed you were real and were excited to be here for your comeback, wondering how you were and if you would teach them. Others flat out tought it was a prank from their elders.

Ajax and Oliver leaned against a small fence, listenning intently to their surroundings, as was normal around fights, even if it was only training. Ajax was metodically breaking in his new armor, piece by piece, his old one had an accident with the climbing wall. Turns out lava didn't do wonders on bronze and leather- surprisingly so. Oliver was carefully sharpening his many knives. All had sheaths hidden on his body, impossible to notice under his clothes- when you tought he didn't have more, he'd unsheath five. They enjoyed the warming air of new summer and the soft, mild scent of jacaranda flowers in their beautiful bloom. The distant sounds of pegasus' in the stables and the naiads throwing campers canoeing in the lake.
