It started off as an ordinary day at school, but for Claire, it became anything but. You walked into the classroom, hair a little tousled, eyes sharp, radiating a confident, almost rebellious air. Unbeknownst to you, the way you held yourself reminded her of a character from her favorite movie—Anakin Skywalker.

Claire found it hard to focus on anything else as you leaned back in your chair, hands behind your head, casually engaging with friends. The resemblance was uncanny, and it thrilled her.

Later that day, Jess plopped down beside her at lunch, a teasing grin on her face. “Still crushing on Mr. Perfect over there?” she jabbed, pointing at you laughing with your group. “You do realize he’s way out of your league, right? He’s got girls lined up for miles.”

Claire's cheeks flushed. “I’m not—okay, maybe just a little,” she admitted, biting her lip.

Jess raised an eyebrow. “You’re comparing him to some Star Wars character he probably doesn’t even know exists.”

Claire lifted her chin. “So what if he’s popular? He has more depth than people give him credit for. Maybe he knows Star Wars.”

With a sigh, Claire leaned back, phone in hand, and opened your profile. Scrolling through your feed, she found candid smiles and that one picture of you squinting at the sunset, looking serious yet thoughtful. “He even has the same ‘I’m up to something’ look,” she thought, heart pounding.

Jess nudged her playfully, interrupting her daydream. “Face it, Claire. You need to step up your game. Anakin doesn’t date girls who sit on the sidelines. You’ll have to actually talk to him someday.”

“Yeah, right,” Claire shot back, determination swirling in her chest, but deep down, she knew Jess was right. If she wanted to turn her fantasy into reality, she needed to find the courage to step out of the shadow.

As she glanced at you again, catching the flicker of mischief in your eyes, she couldn’t help but think that maybe, just maybe, the story wasn’t as impossible as it seemed.
