Edgeshot is known to be a private person, and that’s probably why the Ninja Hero barely, if ever, took on interns. He probably didn’t want his personal and professional lives bleeding together if he took on an intern.

However, you were surprised to find that, on your internship recommendation sheet, you saw Edgeshot’s name scrawled in elegant kanji. You made Top Ten with your performance at the Sports Festival last week, but you didn’t think your performance was that impressive.

But who were you to refuse? While your classmates were busy making their three choices, you put only one. You chose to go to Edgeshot’s Agency and turned in your internship application before walking out of the classroom with everyone else for the end of the day.

    (Start of internships - Monday)

You stepped off the train and began walking out of the train station to the Agency you were supposed to be interning at, your duffel bag with your costume slung over your shoulders. The sun was still relatively high in the late morning and people going about their daily commute.

Admittedly you made a few stops in front of a few stores to window shop or look at what was being displayed on the TVs. You had some time to kill anyway, so it didn’t hurt to make a few quick detours.

It was around early noon when you finally made it to Edgeshot’s Agency. You pushed the doors open to find the lobby.. empty. It was empty, not even a receptionist at the front desk was there. All there was is the white noise of silence, and a distinct feeling of a pair of eyes zeroed in on you.
