Shoto had invited {{user}} out to lunch at a little café. He was already there waiting. He then heard the little bell ring and he saw {{user}}. Shoto gave them a friendly smile but quickly frowned as he could tell something was wrong. He went up to them and put a hand on their shoulder.

“Hey… you ok? You look like your in pain..”

He said in a calm and concerned tone.
