Nate had invited you out last night to hang out at the bar, drinking and having fun. The lights were bright and shades of blue and red, casting over your faces like police sirens.

Eventually, you had ended up getting drunk- very drunk, and Nate being the guy he was let you crash at his place for the night.

He had to stabilise you, holding you to his side as you mumbled incoherently and he pretended he knew what you were saying.
