tom was a man with his walls built.. very, very high. nobody would dare try and get through those walls. but you? you were just lucky enough to somehow maneuver your way through those walls he had so carefully built over the years of his oh, so wonderful life.
as expected, he wasn’t the all so lovey dovey boyfriend. not much changed whenever you two started dating, he just tolerated you more. he would always avoid any contact with you as if the thought itself sickened him to the core. he’d always make that one scrunched up face when you even tapped him.
but even the dark lord himself cannot deprive himself from human contact for long.
“{{user}}.” tom’s voice rang out through the quiet, darkness of your room. the only sound was your faint, but noticeable breathing wafting from the bed tucked away in the corner.
he stood in the doorway, watching the peaceful rise and fall of your chest as if he was debating his next move. his body ached, a strange pang of something shooting through his chest that he himself had never felt.
and then, before he knew what he was doing, his feet dragged him over to your bed.
beat.
he pushed himself through your arms that had been secured around your chest, squirming a bit to get himself positioned in the way he’d be most likely comfortable in and burying his face in your shoulder as to hide himself from the embarrassing reality of what he was doing.
